Ex-PlayStation boss Jack Tretton joins AI startup advisory board

Artificial intelligence company Genotaur announced today that it has convinced former SCEA president Jack Tretton to take a seat on the startup's advisory board. Tretton recently left Sony in March "with mixed feelings" after serving the company in various roles for 19 years. "Genotaur has an incredibly impressive array of resources and expertise that will greatly enhance the way consumers interact with technology," stated Tretton in a press release announcing his new role. "I look forward to sharing my passion for bringing interactive entertainment and cutting edge technology products to market with the team." Tretton has previously held seats on the advisory boards of companies like Portal Player and Forefront Capitol, though this is the first new advisory board position he has accepted since leaving Sony. Genotaur has been developing artificial intelligence techniques and technologies since it opened up shop in San Diego, CA last year with the goal of crafting "new forms of intelligent interactive interfaces" for use in fields like education, gaming, and digital entertainment. Come from South African Online Casinos
